Terms & Conditions
1. The use of the Endless Search Online Work Group Forums is limited to matters
that concern the Endless Search Website and Endless Search Online Work Group
only.
2.
Only one User Account is allowed per person, and it is preferable that you register using your legal name, although the use of an alias is allowed, unsuitable aliases will be rejected by the Owner/Moderator.
3. Registering more than one User Account risks the termination of all your accounts.
4. Impersonating other members risks the termination of your User Account.
5. You must supply a valid email address when you Register a User Account.
6. Initial Membership in the Endless Search Online Work Group is on a Trial Basis for 2 months.
7. After the 2 month Trial period, if you wish to continue your Membership, you must inform the Owner/Moderator and make arrangements to pay the Registration Fee.
8. A Portrait style Digital Photo of yourself will be required from all Group Members for use as an Avatar in the Discussion Forums.
9. Members are required to post comments to the Work Program Forum,
preferably once a week but a minimum of once a month.
This is an active Group and Lurking in the background is discouraged.
Consider this Forum as a virtual group meeting and participate as you would at a
real group meeting.
10. The Weekly Work Programs are for the personal use of Members only. They are not to be distributed to
non-members or used as a Work Program for non-affiliated Work Groups.
Code of Conduct
This is a Moderated Discussion Forum and all posts that contravene the following Code of Conduct guidelines will be deleted. Repeated offenders risk the termination of their account.
All messages must be in the English language.
Please post at least once a month.
Please try to bear the unpleasant manifestations of other Members.
Please be considerate and never belittle, hurt or unduly criticize other Members.
Do not stir up trouble by posting something that is deliberately provocative, offensive, spiteful, slanderous, hateful, threatening, or vulgar.
Do not use racially offensive or abusive language.
Do not use the Discussion Forum for idle chit-chat or discussion of politics and current-affairs or other topics that do not relate directly to the Online Work Group.
Do not criticise other Fourth Way Groups.
Do not proselytise for other Fourth Way Groups or Religions.
Do not post large sections of cut and pasted text or large image files.
Do not Quote large sections of text in your Replies to other Members.
Do not resort to excessive use of UPPERCASE typing - this is the equivalent of SHOUTING!
Do not post commercially motivated messages, such as advertisements or links to commercial or pornographic websites. It is okay to put links in your messages if these are informative and directly relevant to a discussion.
It is forbidden to forward or quote messages posted to the Discussion Forum without permission of the author.
Disclaimer
1. Membership in the Endless Search On-line Work Group is entirely at your own risk.
2. Members agree to waive all Liabilities against the Owner of the Endless Search On-line Work Group.
3. The Owner/Moderator accepts no Liabilities for damages, distress, disease, disablement or death that may result from practicing the Exercises.
4. The Owner/Moderator of the Endless Search On-line Work Group makes no guarantees as to the usefulness or effectiveness of the material presented.
5. Members acknowledge that all Messages posted on the Discussion Forums express their own views and opinions only.
6. The Owner/Moderator accepts no responsibility for the comments posted by other Group Members.
